[Prepress] Reminder

Just a reminder.

As discussed at last weeks meeting APPLIED and POLICY have online Appendices only. If you get a manuscript with tables and figures marked A1, or an Appendix at the end of the paper etc. please ask Bill or me if for some reason there is going to be a printed Appendix before proceeding with formatting. We try and put a note but sometimes things get through. 

Also - I will be scheduling individual meetings with each of you in the next couple days. I will be on a stay-cation next week (9-16 through 9-20). Bill will answer any questions you may have during that time. I will be checking my email if you need to schedule sick or vacation time.
