Just a few more things I forgot to mention at the meeting.

If you are checking the bookmarks and links, please make sure that the cover/frontmatter/ad sections are included in the online files. That is why we have a second set of eyes check them over. Recently when Bill went to generate a complete pdf to get to Jenna, those files were missing. 

I asked Andrew if he had any comments about the math that I needed to pass along. Here is his response “For the most part I think the math has been in very good shape, and that the typesetters are all doing a good job.” So there is your “atta girl” and “atta boy” for today.

Seriously, you all are doing a tremendous job. You have embraced the challenge of working remotely with new workflow. Prepress Rocks. Proud of you. I am extremely grateful.
