[Prepress] Make Hyperlinks From Footnotes 1120 Script

Hello everyone.

The new script is called _MakeHyperlinksFromFootnotes1120 and can be found in the prepress > scriptsandPlugins folder on the server. This is just a revision to our original one with the figure box link creation disabled. I have tested it on AER, AEJ, and JEL files.

Installing in Indesign is fairly easy 

1. Open scripts panel in InDesign (Drop down Window > Ulilities > Scripts)
2. In the scripts panel right click on folder level and select reveal in Finder to go directly to the Scripts Panel folder in the selected area ( I usually use the Application folder in the scripts panel as my default)  
3. Drop script into the now open Scripts Panel folder (if Application you will need to put your password in)
