Good morning

I know you all heard that loud sigh coming from Bill and me last week when PandP went to the printers. That project is massive (over 800 pages), and yet we managed to keep all the other work flowing too. Want to thank you all for stepping up. Yay team prepress. I have to give a shout out to Bill for taking on all the extra conversions while handling overflow work that I was too busy to do. He never complained, was the voice of reason and kept me calm and in check when I was feeling anything but. 

So it is time to touch base with everyone. I would like to schedule a slack prepress meeting for Thursday April 29 at 10:00. It shouldn’t be more than a half hour. Just want to check in and see how everyone is doing. Please let me know if that time doesn’t work for you.

Also - Save the date! Wednesday, May 5 at 10:00 will be our Inaugural Prepress Zoom Coffee Break (have to come up with a more clever name). The meeting will be a half hour long. Ashley has volunteered to be our first “Star of the Day”. She is going to share her vision of Lizard City. 

I want this to be a fun break away from work. So no discussion about AEA, typesetting, figures, etc. allowed. I hope you will grab your favorite beverage and mid morning snack and join the call.
