[Prepress] Priority Lineups

Hi all

I got the June and July lineups from Steve for AER. We are usually ahead with AER, however with PandP and the large backlogs of AEJs we are behind. Please make the 11106 and 11107 priorities in your list.

The AEJ 134s are October/November so we still have time since they are just beginning to edit the 133s.

Christine I gave you an assigned AER that only has 1 figure. Please set the figure when you format the paper.

For proofreading purposes - JEP goes to the printer the second week in April so that should be kept moving.
