Hi All,

Within the next few days Cranston will begin upgrading our Adobe products to their 2020 versions. Liz will follow up with specifics once they create a schedule for each staff member. In the meantime, it would be a good idea to save/export any of your settings you’d like to keep. These upgrades are supposed to keep all of your shortcuts/settings intact but that’s not always the case. So, listed below are a few items you may want to COPY/EXPORT (not move) from InDesign into your personal public drive. Some of these same settings may also be found in Illustrator (this only applies to those who use Illustrator but are not already on the 2020 version). 

You may not use or care for any of these specifics. But anyone who has lost their personal settings in the past will not want this annoyance to occur again, so I am just sending a warning.
